Hello! My name is Chloé O’Connor, and I started this company in seventh grade during the early days of quarantine—a moment that changed life for all of us. In that uncertainty, I felt lost and disconnected. After some deep self-reflection, I decided that instead of retreating, I would create. That choice became the foundation for this business.
Now in high school, I’m a competitive swimmer, singer, and visual artist. I’m passionate about using my creativity not only as a personal outlet but also as a way to make a positive impact. My dream is for this business to grow into something that can help support my college journey and also give back to my community.

At Toi et Moi Designs, every piece is imagined, designed, and handcrafted by me, Chloé. What began in middle school as a way to make jewelry and gifts for my friends has grown into something much more—a space where art, connection, and purpose meet. I love collaborating with customers to bring their ideas to life, so if you’d like to customize a design or request something new, you can always reach me at toietmoidesigns@gmail.com.
This company is also deeply personal to me. Breast cancer has touched my family, and I’ve seen up close the strength, resilience, and hope it demands. In honor of those experiences, any design that features the cancer awareness ribbon will have all proceeds donated to breast cancer research. It’s my way of using my craft to stand with the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and honor the memories of those we’ve lost.
Every piece I make carries a story—sometimes mine, sometimes yours—but always with the goal of creating something meaningful that connects us.

Exchanges are accepted for items damaged in transit.
At Toi et Moi Designs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Because all products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at toietmoidesigns@gmail.comwith a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Important:
Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Toi et Moi Designs.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing a return.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for confirmed damaged or defective items.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Shipping charges are prepaid by the customer at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
For returns authorized due to damage or defect, we will cover return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and insured for their return shipment.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully handcrafted and typically ship within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
All shipping is flat rate $3.50. We will ship anywhere within the continental US. Please allow 1-3 working days for preparing your item. If it is premade please allow more time.
All packages will ship ground USPS.
